Your Job

You are responsible for an international team set-up in the campaign management department.
You are in charge of the technical and disciplinary leadership.
You are able to motivate a large team set-up, build & improve team structures and shape your categories.
You will attend & lead team meetings to collaborate and share insights with colleagues.
You are able to conduct interviews and review CV's for our recruitment process.
You will independently take on topic-related projects (e.g. team-internal workshops)
You will always be supported by a great team with helpful colleagues and a cordial cooperation.
You will support your head in planning & managing the daily business.
In addition to your team leadership you will be a part of the operational business in campaign coordination & creation.

Your Profile

You have strong communication skills (also in English). You communicate clearly and unambiguously.You have very good PC skills and are confident in using Microsoft Windows programs (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Deadlines don’t stress you due to your excellent time management and organizational skills
You are a team player and not afraid to speak up or support your colleagues
You have an eye for details and enjoy improving processes
You have at least 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry
first experience in personnel management would be a plus
