As part of our global IT organization you will lead the SAP Inhouse team based in the EU. You will be managing and improving SAP ERP related services and processes in the area of SAP Finance, SAP SD and Success Factors to support the corresponding enterprise business operations teams across continents. How you will create an impact:

You help developing the current SAP team into a competence center fully capable of managing an SAP S/4HANA environment.
You are leading a team of 6+ people and ascertain that organizational processes and structures are effective and remain consistent throughout the organization and in your group.
You lead the introduction of S/4HANA and support the porting of related ERP business procedures to the new ERP structures.
You help establishing new and more effective service providers to support the operation and development of the new SAP S/4HANA environment.
You support the CTO and his deputy in the design of the development of your service scope in the context of a global IT services strategy, with cost- /budget and infrastructure planning.
You conduct regular reporting towards the CTO and his deputy regarding the state of the organization.
You help building an organizational roadmap towards the S/4HANA migration and the rebuilding of the SAP Group.

About you

You have at least 7 years of experience in similar roles in relevant international organizations, ideally in significant consulting organizations.
You have a proven track record in supporting change in organizational structures.
You are experienced in application of agile project management best practices and managing complex cross organizational projects.
Interfacing with multinational teams and stakeholders is part of your career.
Ideally you have experience in planning and implementing S4Hana and required migration processes.
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to apply a pointed formal language in English to document policies and guidelines.
You have a holistic and systematic approach combined with the ability to focus on building sustainable solutions rather than focusing on single issues.
