How you will create an impact:

You will further develop and implement an effective Compliance program and enhance the risk management framework.
Implementing and improving measures, processes, and internal controls to meet legal and internal requirements will be part of your responsibility.
You will provide preventive advice on compliance issues like anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, and fraud.
You will conduct internal investigations, monitor implementation of measures, and define escalation processes when necessary.
You will prepare and roll out global compliance initiatives, including training materials and communication strategies.
You will design the Business Partner Integrity Management process and maintain compliance policies.
You will monitor regulatory activities, promote best practices, and foster a strong compliance culture.
You will review compliance-related contracts and maintain compliance records.

About you:

You have a completed law or business degree (post-graduate qualifications in risk/compliance/law are an advantage).
You have 5+ years of experience in compliance and risk management (consultancy or in-house).
You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
You communicate effectively and have a hands-on, creative approach to knowledge sharing.
You work independently with a solution-oriented mindset.
You understand and document workflows and have a practical approach to problem-solving.
You possess broad technical knowledge in compliance areas like corporate governance, ESG, risk management and crisis management.
