- You will further develop and implement an effective Compliance program and enhance the risk management framework.
- Implementing and improving measures, processes, and internal controls to meet legal and internal requirements will be part of your responsibility.
- You will provide preventive advice on compliance issues like anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, and fraud.
- You will conduct internal investigations, monitor implementation of measures, and define escalation processes when necessary.
- You will prepare and roll out global compliance initiatives, including training materials and communication strategies.
- You will design the Business Partner Integrity Management process and maintain compliance policies.
- You will monitor regulatory activities, promote best practices, and foster a strong compliance culture.
- You will review compliance-related contracts and maintain compliance records.
- You have a completed law or business degree (post-graduate qualifications in risk/compliance/law are an advantage).
- You have 5+ years of experience in compliance and risk management (consultancy or in-house).
- You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
- You communicate effectively and have a hands-on, creative approach to knowledge sharing.
- You work independently with a solution-oriented mindset.
- You understand and document workflows and have a practical approach to problem-solving.
- You possess broad technical knowledge in compliance areas like corporate governance, ESG, risk management and crisis management.
