We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Digital Platform & Tools IT Specialist to join our dynamic and multicultural team at Trafoschool.
Join Hitachi Energy and be part of Hitachi Energy Technology team within business line Transformers. This role is pivotal in managing and architecting our site, automating processes and workflows, and leading strategic Trafoschool projects related to artificial intelligence and augmented reality.

Your responsibilities
- Site Administration and Architecture: Oversee the administration and architecture of the Trafoschool platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
- Process and Workflow Automation: Develop and implement automated processes and workflows, including approvals, certifications, and billing
- Share Point Expertise: Utilize advanced knowledge of Share Point to design and manage site architecture
- Database Management: Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Power BI Reporting: Prepare and manage comprehensive Power BI reports to support data-driven decision-making
- LMS Integration: Lead the integration of Trafoschool with the selected Learning Management System (LMS)
- Strategic Project Leadership: Drive strategic projects involving artificial intelligence and augmented reality to enhance platform capabilities
- Continuous Improvement: Propose and develop enhancements to improve Trafoschool functionalities and streamline administrative tasks
Your backgorund
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in IT platform management, with a focus on Share Point architecture and database management
- Strong experience with database management and Power BI report preparation
- Expertise in process automation and workflow management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Innovative and creative mindset with a proactive approach and passion for continuous improvement
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
