General information
As part of our growth strategy, Hitachi Energy has engaged in a multi-year project to upgrade our core ERP systems to single-instance SAP S/4HANA, standardize our IT application landscape and digitize our business processes to meet the needs of our expanding business.
Within Business Unit (BU) High Voltage Products (HV) we are creating a BU HV SAP Center of Expertise (Co E) with the goal to work closely with Local Business Process Owners in the business Hubs, organize the work of all our Key Users, drive system deployment and utilization to its full potential, as well as prioritize harmonized requirements from the business towards IT teams / Hitachi Energy’s global SAP Co E.
The BU HV SAP Co E will support all High Voltage factories and service units globally to optimize the value of our SAP investments by leveraging best practices to optimize end-user experience, assisting the local teams with training and issue resolution, identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

Your responsibilities
- Directly lead and coordinate a team of Global Business Process Owners (GBPOs)
- Efficiently organize the regional support for local units through GBPOs and local business process owners & key users
- Drive full deployment and adoption of relevant SAP modules and functionalities in the regional factories and service units, utilizing full potential of deployed solution and related business benefits.
- Drive harmonization of business processes, process improvements and prioritization of related system requirements, which have SAP as the backbone.
- Work with HUB and local management to understand their highest priority challenges and act as main speaking partner of the BU HV SAP Co E for the regional management
- Together with local management, ensure continued staffing of local business process owners and SAP key users in factories, service and sales units
Your background
- Master’s degree in information technology, engineering, business administration or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication skills across all hierarchies with the ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Experience in manufacturing and industrial services.
- Strong project management and people leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the S4/HANA platform preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in global multi-national team.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
