You can look forward to

Processing reinsurance treaties for professional indemnity insurance from the United States – with a focus on Financial Lines business (D&O, E&O and Transactional Risk)
Cultivating and growing the client base and treaty portfolio
Examining offers and renewals as well as maintaining the internal systems for treaty administration
Quoting reinsurance treaties
Supporting internal and external customers
Marketing activities conducted on the spot at customers and targeting reinsurance brokers
Communicating mostly in English

You come equipped with

(Initial) professional experience in underwriting with a primary insurer or reinsurer is desirable
Degree in business administration and/or commercial training / training as a certified insurance practitioner
An international mindset coupled with several weeks spent abroad in an English-speaking country is an asset
Outstanding communication abilities combined with proficient user skills in English and independent user skills in German
An assured manner in interactions with customers as well as the willingness to travel on business – primarily to the United States, roughly twice or three times a year
