Your eye for detail makes it possible to give our bridal couples an unforgettable wedding day and memories for life. You enjoy realizing dreams of all kinds (weddings, family celebrations, birthdays, parties, etc....) and have a radiant personality that delights our guests every day!
What your responsibilities are...

• You represent us at wedding fairs and events and are a competent contact person
• You build up contacts with registry offices, wedding agencies, suppliers etc. to actively promote our hotel
• You build relationships with companies in the neighborhood to promote potential social events (e.g. Christmas parties, kick-off parties, employee events, customer dinners, summer parties, etc.) and proactively approach customers by visiting them on site and impressing them with a tour of our hotel
• You create market analyses and reports
• You are responsible for drawing up contracts for bookings
• You conduct house tours and hold professional and results-oriented sales talks
• You are present with our guests and customers
• You plan and organize weddings and social events right up to the big day and have an eye for detail

• You have some relevant professional experience in sales, convention sales or event management in the hotel industry or other sectors
• You are "hungry for business & passionate for hospitality" - no way to the customer is too far for you!
• You have a fantastic demeanor, are charming and impress with your professionalism
• You are a talented communicator with good German and English skills
• Your winning demeanor, can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
• You hold a valid work permit for Germany
• Your enthusiasm for sharing your knowledge with your team and trainees is infectious!
