General Summary:

Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung des R&D Teams im laufenden Tagesgeschäft
  
• Mitarbeit im Team der Assistenzen für Führungskräfte
  
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Projektunterlagen, Berichten und Präsentationen und Newsletter
  
• SAP Bestellungen für R&D Teams
  
• Büromaterial- und Visitenkartenbestellung
  
• Vorbereitung und Organisation von Meetings z.B. VP Meeting
  
• Beantragung und Monitoring von Mehrarbeitsanträgen
  
• Allgemeine Assistenztätigkeiten
  

Erforderliche Ausbildung:

• Studium im Bereich Betriebs- oder Kommunikationswissenschaft mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, PR, Unternehmenskommunikation, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder ein vergleichbares Studium
  

Erforderliche Kenntnisse:

• Laufendes Studium, 20h Woche
  
• Erste Erfahrungen in der admin. Organisation von Abteilungen und/oder im Bestellwesen erwünscht
  
• Bestenfalls bereits eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office 365, SAP Kenntnnise wünschenswert
  
• Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken sowie ein gutes Gespür für Abhängigkeiten und Ursachen
  
• Positives Mindset und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
  
• Interesse an der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen
  
• Motivation innovative Wege interner Kommunikations- und Präsentationsmöglichkeiten aufzuzeigen
  
• Flexibilität und Offenheit für neue, abwechslungsreiche Herausforderungen sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  
• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse & Deutschkenntnisse
