Now we are looking for a passionate Working Student with a keen interest in UX Research to join our dynamic Product team, collaborating closely with our experienced UX Researcher to help shape our user-centered solutions.

Your role in a team:

• Research Planning: Help design and plan user research studies, including surveys, interviews, usability tests, and field studies.
• Conduct User Research: Support the execution of research activities such as recruiting participants, conducting interviews, and moderating usability tests.
• Data Analysis: Support analysis of qualitative and quantitative data from research studies to identify patterns, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Assist in creating research reports, presentations, and summaries to communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers and other relevant stakeholders
• Drive Impact: support the translation of user research findings into actionable strategies.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest user research methods, tools, and best practices.

What you need to be successful:

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, with attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present research findings.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with user research tools and software (e.g, Maze, Userbrain, Hotjar, Optimizely) is a plus.
• Language Skills: fluent in English, German B2
• Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Sociology, or a related field). Preferable master program or final phase of the bachelor’s degree.
• You are located in Berlin.
