Interweave is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Account Director to lead our advertising initiatives in Greece. In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of overseeing comprehensive 360 advertising campaigns, managing client relationships, and driving the growth of our agency's presence in the advertising landscape.
As an Account Director at Interweave, your primary responsibilities will include orchestrating integrated advertising strategies across various channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams including account managers, strategists, marketers, analysts, copywriters, community managers, designers, and developers. Your mission is to elevate brands by creating engaging experiences that transcend traditional boundaries, ensuring client satisfaction, and surpassing project objectives, while maintaining sustainable financial health and fostering growth within the agency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of Annual Client Plans, focusing on cultivating positive partnerships and identifying opportunities for innovative 360 advertising collaborations.
- Manage, mentor and direct a diverse team of account managers and account executives.
- Drive the delivery of exceptional and creative work aligned with agreed service standards, actively engaging with department heads to ensure projects are profitable and within budget.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, fostering positive and constructive relationships with clients throughout project durations.
- Proactively manage project finances, ensuring adherence to budgets and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze monthly revenue reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrate strong planning and budgeting skills, aligning project plans with clients' objectives.
- Play a pivotal role in new business development, leading initiatives to grow fee income within existing partnerships and exploring opportunities for expansion.
- Maintain a deep understanding of communications, including content marketing, copywriting, SEO, design & development, and other relevant areas, to comprehend team processes and needs.

Requirements
We are seeking the next passionate member of our team with:
- 8+ years of experience in advertising, communications, or digital agency account or project management roles.
- Proven leadership in managing large client accounts and coordinating teams for ATL and digital creative projects.
- Strong management and leadership skills. You will manage, mentor and direct a diverse team of account managers and account executives.
- Proven experience on leading RFPs and competitions with a strong will to WIN!
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Diverse and proven experience on planning and budgeting 360 advertising and communications projects.
- Experience in revenue reporting and proficiency in analytics and monitoring tools for data analysis.
- Crisis prevention and management skills.
- Experience in managing international projects, either within multinational corporations or abroad.
