The role in more details:
Collaboration with team members and ensure the compliance with tax, labor and accounting laws and standards
Ensure the compliance with the Firm policies
Interaction on a frequent basis with colleagues of other department's
Anticipating change and encourage others to perform confidently in ambiguity
Maintenance of highest standards of business ethics

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration/Economics or relevant field
3+ yeas of experience in Accounting office
Experience in ERP programs, especially Navision
Ability to communicate fluently in Greek and English
Experience in MS Office (especially Excel)
Ability to work in a team
Effective communication and rapport building skills
Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions in a fast paced environment
A customer centric approach to finance and business operations
An extremely high work ethic
Motivation for career progression and development
Ability to gather and correlate correct data
Military Obligations completed (if applicable)
