Agile Team Coach (Scrum Master)

What you’ll do

At Vodafone, we are transforming the way we work and collaborate one step at a time. For our journey we are looking for people that will help us become a customer-centric organization by adopting agile ways of working across the organization. The Scrum Master is responsible to spearhead the transformation by enabling individuals and teams embrace agility throughout the product development lifecycle.

More specifically you will:

Train, mentor and coach individuals and teams on Agile methods and practices (e.g Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
Facilitate team ceremonies in a scaled environment and lead their continuous improvement efforts through retrospectives and experimentation
Increase team’s transparency through the proper use of artifacts (e.g. Backlog, Do R, Do D) and information radiators (e.g. team metrics) to convey important team insights to key stakeholders
Create an environment of psychological safety where teams feel empowered and motivated to deliver innovative outcomes by adopting self-management practices
Act as an organizational enabler in the adoption of agile practices within the organization

Who you are

Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business or other related field
Experience in agile/lean environment and methods
Excellent facilitation, organization, and problem- solving skills
Natural “servant” leader, with strong ability to coach and develop others
Maintaining a good balance between business and technical savviness strongly preferred
