Assistant Front Office Manager

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Front Office, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring operational needs are met.
- Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure adherence to all hotel policies and procedures, as well as all local and national regulations.
- Conduct regular staff training and development programs.
- Minimum of 3 years of front office experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel operating systems.
