Job Title: Banking Operations and Treasury Transactions Supervisor

Job Description:
Ziraat Bank is looking for an experienced Banking Operations and Treasury Transactions
Supervisor for its branches in Greece. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily
banking operations and managing treasury activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory
standards and contributing to the financial health of the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all banking operations, including payments, settlements,

reconciliations, and back-office functions.

• Ensure smooth execution of treasury transactions such as foreign exchange, money

markets, and liquidity management.

• Monitor and manage the bank’s cash flow and liquidity position to ensure adequate

funding for daily operations.

• Coordinate with the treasury department to implement effective strategies for managing

the bank’s asset-liability structure and funding requirements.

• Ensure compliance with local banking regulations and internal policies regarding banking

operations and treasury activities.

• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and minimize risks

within banking operations.

• Provide support and guidance to the operations and treasury teams, ensuring adherence to

best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare regular reports on operational performance, treasury activities, and compliance

for senior management.

• Monitor market trends and economic conditions that could impact treasury operations,

and make recommendations for necessary adjustments.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure efficient service

delivery to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in banking operations and treasury management, preferably

within an international bank.

• Strong knowledge of banking regulations in Greece and international treasury practices.
• Proven experience in liquidity management, foreign exchange, and other treasury

functions.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Greek and English is required.
