Job Title: Risk Supervisor
Location: Greece – Ziraat Bank Branches

Job Description:
Ziraat Bank is seeking an experienced Risk Supervisor for its branches in Greece to enhance the
bank’s risk management processes and ensure the security of its operations and strategies against
various risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and update the bank’s risk management policies and procedures.
• Analyze and assess all types of risks, including credit risk, operational risk, market risk,

and liquidity risk.

• Identify the bank’s current and potential risks using risk assessment methods and tools.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement best practices in risk

management.

• Develop risk management strategies and implement risk mitigation policies.
• Provide regular risk reports to senior management and offer recommendations to reduce

risks.

• Conduct stress tests and scenario analyses to assess the bank’s risk resilience.
• Develop appropriate strategies aligned with the bank's growth objectives, in line with the

risk appetite framework.

• Promote a risk management culture across the organization and provide risk awareness

training to employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics,

Statistics, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in risk management, internal control, or audit.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and risk management processes.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with risk management software and tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience are preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
