Job Title: Corporate Client Relations and Marketing Assistant
Location: Greece – Ziraat Bank Branches

Job Description:
Ziraat Bank is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Corporate Client Relations and
Marketing Assistant for its branches in Greece. This role will support the management of
services for corporate clients and assist in the implementation of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and expanding the corporate client portfolio.
• Actively participate in promoting the bank’s products and services to existing and

potential corporate clients.

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly, fostering strong customer

relationships.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and provide data for the

development of marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with the sales team to support the planning and execution of marketing

campaigns.

• Introduce the bank’s financial products (loans, deposits, investments) to corporate clients

and provide information on these offerings.

• Gather customer feedback and develop recommendations to enhance customer

satisfaction.

• Prepare reports on sales and marketing activities, presenting them to management.
• Support activities that align with the bank’s sales targets for all products and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or corporate client relations.
• Knowledgeable in marketing, sales, and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Team player with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Knowledge of the financial systems in Greece and Turkey is an advantage.
• Advanced English and/or Greek language skills.
