KG Law Firm, a multidisciplinary, leading Greek law firm dating back to the 1930’s and recognized as one of the most prestigious law firms in Greece, is seeking to recruit a motivated Associate with experience in the field of banking and finance law to work along with one of our clients, a leading financial institution.


Candidates must be capable of working under tight deadlines and have the intellectual curiosity to demonstrate excellence and provide legal services of the highest quality.


Main responsibilities:

• Provides legal services in the full spectrum of banking and finance, including advice in corporate law matters.
• Assists in structuring, drafting and negotiating financing documentation (loan/bond agreements and various types of security agreements).
• Assists and/or handles transaction closings under tight deadlines.

Main Qualifications / Personal Characteristics

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• A Master's degree in Commercial Law / Business Law will be considered as a plus
• Qualified as an attorney-at-law in Greece.
• Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written).
• 3 – 5 years of relevant prior experience.
• Proven track record.
• Analytical and drafting skills, clear and concise writing, attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
