Main responsibilities:

• 
  Legal support in the setting up of new companies (corporate matters, equity matters).
• Legal support in the drafting of various corporate and commercial agreements (shareholders’ agreements, services agreements, share/asset transfer agreements, construction contracts, operation and maintenance contracts etc.).
• Legal due diligence work (corporate, contractual, private and public tenders).
• Day-to-day legal advisory and project management support to the companies and/or their investors.
• Transaction support (M&A, project development) to more senior team lawyer
• Legal project management of transactions.
• Cooperation with associates of other legal disciplines, such as GDPR, IP, Tax, Employment, Litigation, Banking and Finance etc.

Main Qualifications / Personal Characteristics

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• (English language) master's Degree will be considered a plus.
• Qualified as an attorney-at-law in Greece.
• Αt least 1-2 years of prior experience in corporate and commercial law and/or transactions.
• Excellent command of English (both oral and written).
• Familiarity will legal technology and good command on Microsoft programs will be appreciated.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative and responsibility.
• Team spirit- willingness to work in teams.
• Strong work ethics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Driven by challenges.
