About the role
There is currently a job opening “Brand Communications & Activations Specialist”, in the Marketing Communications and Activations Department. As a Brand Communications & Activations Specialist, you will contribute to the development and execution of AEGEAN and Olympic Air’s communications strategy and plans. What you will do:

• Implement an effective integrated brand communications strategy in all markets
• Handle the Brand activations along with the planning and execution of BTL strategy
• Ensure all activations are aligned to the business strategy, communicated and executed across all channels
• Develop strategic brand PR sponsorships plan and identify marketing opportunities that will leverage the brand and customers
• Plan marketing and corporate events from initiation to completion such as sponsorship events, conferences, sales meetings and trade events
• Liaise with ad agencies to develop all brand advertising campaigns and relevant offline communication material, such as TV spots, radio spots, print ads
• Drive the design and production of corporate branded items and merchandise
• Create and bring up to date any necessary corporate material

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA will be an asset
• 3-5 years of professional working experience in Brand Management, Brand Marketing, or Marketing Management is required
• Fluency in oral and written Greek and English

And you have competence in:

• Customer oriented approach
• Teamwork and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
• Multi-tasking and managing time effectively
