About the role
There is currently a job opening “Flight Services Coordinator” in the Product Marketing and Flight Services Department. As a Flight Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of specific products and services, while coordinating the implementation of the products marketing plan. If you are driven to enhance revenue and customer experience, then this role is for you!

What you will do:

• Contribute to the development, and enhancement of new and existing products and services
• Assist in analyzing inflight reports and customer service feedback to identify trends and opportunities
• Propose recommendations to elevate the customer experience and drive passenger engagement
• Ensure consistent communication of products and services across customer touchpoints
• Support product-related promotional activities
• Track KPIs to assess product and service performance
• Prepare regular reports and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Monitor market trends and customer satisfaction surveys to stay updated on customer preferences

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• 0-2 years of experience in product management
• Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with digital tools and technology

And you have competence in:

• Customer orientated approach
• Teamwork and negotiation skills
• Creativity and innovating way of thinking
• Multi-tasking and managing time effectively
• Analytical mindset
