What You’ll Do:

• Connect with customers through phone, email, and live chat to provide friendly, support.
• Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve queries with empathy, and efficiency.
• Work closely with your colleagues to share knowledge, strategies, and insights to continuously improve service.

Salary and Benefits

• €1300 gross per month x14
• Full Remote position in Greece
• €85 Meal allowance per month
• €65 euro work from home allowance

Schedule - 8am -11pm working 5 days a week, 8 hours per day
