We are currently looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team.
The requirements for this position are:

The requirements for this position are:
- Minimum 1-3 years work experience at a similar position
- Master’s degree or a relevant certification in Shipping, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Computer literate (Proficiency in MS Office Suite)
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical skills
- Create and maintain databases, lists, and reports of prospects, customers, and partners
- Transform data and information into valuable insights and actionable strategy
- Finding and qualifying potential leads, contacts, and new opportunities for the company
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and segments of interest for MCA
- Daily engagement with Company’s CRM and leads generation online platform
- Provision of Support to the MCA team, drafting of teasers and presentations
- Use various channels, such as email, phone, social media, or events, to pitch, present, and promote the company’s services
- Coordinate appointments, calls and meetings between senior management and customers
