For the expansion of our activities in Greece we are recruiting a Business Development and Sales Director with a passion for business development in the field of promoting mental health and psychosocial well-being in the workplace, which encompasses Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), resources, and training opportunities.
Job Description
As a Business Development and Sales Director, your goal is to build business in Greece and associated countries, to identify the needs of prospects and clients, develop appropriate service offers and win new accounts and projects in the field of mental health and psychosocial well-being at work, including Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), tools and trainings.
To realize this, based in Athens you will be part of a small team of highly skilled people in Greece and abroad.
Responsibilities
More specifically, your job responsibilities will be the following:
- Identifying organizations and individuals to spot new business opportunities
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and needs in well-being, and providing guidance to our solutions
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Strengthening PULSO Group service offering to meet the needs of the Greek market
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients
- Monitoring and managing contracts
- Providing feedback and improvements for the sales and marketing process
- Providing timely and accurate reports to the management team, highlighting sales achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement
- Setting up new business models
- Creating new partnerships
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus)
- Solid experience in Human Resources, Health Management or Well-being at Work (at least 5 years of experience)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
- Strong experience in business development and sales skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time productively
- Excellent networking skills and established network of contacts
