Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our presence in the Greek market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Company Formation: Overseeing the incorporation process of our Greek entity, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Greek maritime industry.
- Client Acquisition: Building strong relationships with shipping companies, ship owners, and other key stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients.
- Team Management: Leading and mentoring a local team (if applicable).
- Financial Management: Monitoring and managing the financial performance of the Greek operations.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Greek Nationality: Essential
- Proven experience in business development and sales preferable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
