How you will contribute to SLM's vision
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst.
You will provide data transformations, data-driven thinking and actionable insights based on data obtained from various sources to assist the organization. You will also use applicable BI tools to create dashboards and reports.
You will be the go-to person for data queries, creating datasets and visualizations, and presenting your findings. As a result, you will get a thorough understanding of the business and will be able to operate as a subject matter expert on operation analytics as well as critical KPIs.

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst.
You will provide data transformations, data-driven thinking and actionable insights based on data obtained from various sources to assist the organization. You will also use applicable BI tools to create dashboards and reports.
You will be the go-to person for data queries, creating datasets and visualizations, and presenting your findings. As a result, you will get a thorough understanding of the business and will be able to operate as a subject matter expert on operation analytics as well as critical KPIs.
What you will be doing
- Provide data requests and develop BI solutions
- Analyze data, identify insightful trends, and convert data into meaningful recommendations for stakeholders
- Provide end to end KPI tracking as required, by defining requirements and providing business insights
- Develop and communicate well-organized, insightful dashboards and reports in order to enhance operational performance
Your Skills & Experience
Experience
- 2-3 years proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or a similar role
- BSc in Computer Science, Business or relevant fields (i.e. Math, Data Science, Economics, Engineering)
- Familiarity with data visualization
- Experience in network expansion projects is considered a strong plus
- SQL programming skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize
