Our company has been delivering ESG forums and workshops and advising Investors, Banks, Corporates in Europe, USA, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Global Sustain is a global vendor of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Moody’s for clients in more than 40 counties. Global Sustain is member-driven with 100+ organizations as members. The Global Sustain Club offers online and offline services to its members such as training, communication, networking and advisory.
With this Club, our objective is to share this international expertise with our member companies. We want to keep them connected, provide a networking space, share best practices and the latest developments on ESG.
Therefore, we’re looking for a Club Membership Manager to join our talented team in Athens and focus on customers/members in Greece.

Global Sustain is looking for a Club Membership Manager to join our talented team in Athens.
Your Role
- Monitor and report on members' subscription services
- Follow up with members to ensure timely renewals
- Create compelling presentations and proposals for members
- Conduct meetings with new and existing members, including physical presence when necessary
- Generate and communicate member reports
- Increase members’ engagement in Global Sustain Club’s activities
- Organize and deliver events for members and stakeholders
- Handle member renewals and agreements
- Drive new member and sponsorship opportunities
- Prepare and distribute weekly newsletters with members news
- Facilitate networking among members through email communication
- Collaborate on the development of a new members' website
- Participate in the design of promotional materials
- Update member information in the Soft One system
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in membership management and event coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
