The Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO) promotes innovation aiming at the efficient and green electricity supply of the country by interconnecting every part of Greece, while remaining constantly devoted to its vision for the energy transformation of the country. In the context of its continuous development, it is looking for a talented and highly motivated Communications Specialist to join our dynamic Communications team in Attica.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content tailored for our employees, executing impactful internal communication and social media campaigns, and efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of social media accounts. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in organizing various corporate events, including ceremonies, press conferences, employee gatherings, and more.

The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth understanding of various social media platforms, internal communication strategies, and how to optimize content for maximum engagement. Strong writing and editing skills are essential for creating compelling content. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in corporate internal communications who is eager to further develop their skills and contribute to a growing team on an upward trajectory. Your role will be instrumental in driving employee awareness and engagement by creating and sharing compelling content across internal and external channels, including the company intranet and social media.

Responsibilities:
Internal Communications

Ensure consistent messaging across the company's internal channels.

Align communication strategies with the organization's strategic vision.

Continuously update and maintain the company's intranet.

Contribute to the development of motivational and empowering initiatives for employees.

Foster employee engagement in company initiatives.

Social Media

Create impactful content on various social media platforms and channels.

Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in social media.

Collaborate with external vendors to produce promotional materials such as photos, videos, and infographics.

Corporate Events

Contribute to the planning and execution of corporate events.

Identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.

Propose initiatives to empower employees and raise awareness to top management.

Skills r equired:
A university degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a media, communications, or marketing role, preferably in a corporate environment.

On-hands experience on internal communications and/or social media management.

Strong copywriting skills in both Greek and English.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a solid grasp of communication best practices and the ability to adapt to company-specific brand guidelines.

Strong attention to detail and active listening skills, along with a growth mindset.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a keen eye for detail.

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
