Empiria Group is on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our Marketing team at our Headquarters in Glyfada, Athens.

About the Role
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the marketing department, supporting the successful execution of varied marketing initiatives to drive brand success and establish a positive and consistent brand image in all communication channels.
Requirements
- Coordinates the creation of marketing material (brochures, ads, collaterals, presentations, etc.), liaise with external design agencies and printing houses, arrange the design of giveaways/client gifts etc.
- Responds to media and influencers requests and coordinates their visits, including communication with operations to organize all relevant details.
- Assists in coordinating photo and video production during all phases of the project, including logistics, accommodations, transportation arrangements, and on-site support in collaboration with the hotel operations teams.
- Supports the planning and execution of marketing events, including handling logistics, coordinating vendors, and preparing event materials.
- Manages travel arrangements for the marketing team members attending events, media visits or content productions.
- Participates in the website content management (update copy, photos, offers, SEO) on Empiria Group’s websites and update content in third-party websites.
- Proofreads and edits content for accuracy to brand guidelines.
- Handles daily community management for all Empiria Group's Instagram accounts and daily reposting of stories.
- Provides administrative assistance to the team, including meeting minutes, task tracking, updating checklists, monitoring deadlines, tracking and filing invoices, data entry, maintaining legal documents related to marketing(e.g. contracts).

Acts as a point of contact for team members, vendors, and partners involved in projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a luxury setting within the Hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and campaign management tools
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Positive, team-oriented, and self-motivating attitude.
- Creative marketing orientation.
- Willingness and ability to travel for scheduled trips, to Santorini and/or Paros islands during the summer season.
