We are currently seeking for ambitious team players to become part of our Strategy & Business Design team within our Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory business unit in Thessaloniki.

Strategy & Business Design offering (S&BD) at Deloitte is our strategy advisory practice, working with the world’s leading and most ambitious corporations and public organizations to drive growth on the issues that are most important to them.


To that end, the firm has developed client advisory content and services in the areas we think are critical to growth: Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Business Design, Strategic sensing, Growth Strategy offerings such as Commercial Excellence, M&A Integration & Separation Advisory, Strategic Cost Transformation, Ecosystems offerings around Future of Mobility, Future of Health, Cloud strategy and some very specific industry offerings such as Health Economics in life sciences and Government Policy design&operate as a means to assist organizations in addressing their toughest challenges in our dynamic world.


S&BD Deloitte’s client engagements are predominantly in industries and organizations facing important - often profound - transitions. We typically work with CEOs, business unit heads and other members of the senior management team. Main sectors are: Technology, Media & Telecom / Energy, Resources & Industrials / Consumer / Financial Services / Life Sciences & Healthcare / Government & Public Services.


#About Your Role
As a Consultant in our S&BD team, you will help our clients to address business-critical issues, and support executive level decision makers in finding solutions to answer complex strategic dilemmas.
You will:

• Contribute to a wide range of projects across various industries, helping our clients cope with the challenges they are facing.
• Work with Partners, Directors, (Senior) Managers, and other members of the local teams to develop hypotheses and work out plans that address project objectives.
• Support the client in determining its strategy and defining the right set of initiatives & projects to execute this strategy.
• Deliver engagements, including liaising with stakeholders, directing activities of people on the project team, collecting and analyzing data, designing solutions and recommendations, supporting workshops, etc.
• Demonstrate creativity.
• Communicate analysis and recommendations in both written and oral communication with internal and client stakeholders.
• Build relationships between S&BD Deloitte and the client’s project team.
• Be involved in business development activities.

What are the must have’s to excel in this role?

• Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework.
• University degree ideally in economics, business, engineering is an asset.
• 1-3 years of applied working experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset.
