Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Food preparation and cooking, presentation.
Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements.
Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies.
Proper management, use and storage of all materials and equipment of the department.
Observance of all procedures and regulations of the department and the hotel.

Qualifications:

Previous work experience in similar position, of at least 2 years in a Hotel-Resort or a Luxury Restaurant.
Hospitality or Culinary Degree.
Good command of both English and Greek language is essential.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with pleasant personality.
Work under pressure.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and manners.
EFET Certificate.
