ELPEDISON, with its two privately-owned power plants in Thisvi (Voiotia )and Thessaloniki, with a total installed capacity of 820 MW, uses natural gas as fuel and ensures a clean and continuous electricity flow, based on a highly environmentally friendly power generation process.
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to handle customer interactions through all available communication channels, including phone, email, chat, video calls, and social media. Serves as a key point for complex or escalated customer inquiries and issues that require advanced knowledge or intervention. This role is responsible for providing in-depth support and resolution to customer concerns, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience, playing a vital role in customer satisfaction and retention .
What will you do:
- Offer 1st & 2nd level customer support to requests and inquiries provided by all company’s contact channels (i.e. calls, email, video call, and SOME).
- Identify customer’s problem/request/complaint, investigate the causes and provide accurate and timely feedback/solution
- Document accurately in the CRM system all customer interactions, solutions provided and actions taken
- Handle incoming flow of E-mails, SOME queries, and repliesito customers
- Assign the problem/request/inquiry/complaint to the relevant Company’s Business Expert, when necessary, and follow up the progress to provide detailed feedback to the customer
- Detect recurring or large-scale issues and provide insights to the Supervisor
- Take full ownership of each escalated case, conducting in-depth analysis to diagnose and resolve issue
- Act as a liaison with other teams and departments to provide prompt and effective solutions to the customers
- Stay updated with the current company’s procedures, latest regulatory changes and market conditions
- Deliver a positive and seamless customer experience by taking a customer-centric approach, ensuring customer issues are resolved fully and in a timely manner, while maintaining high levels of satisfaction
- A BSc degree
- 2-3 years work experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of CRM & ERP software
- Team spirit and can-do attitude
- Ability to handle situations under stress
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer-oriented skills
