We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team. Snappi's C.S Agent represents the main point of contact with our customers both B2C & B2B, and it is vital for ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with customers.

The position reports to snappi's Head of Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Follow guidelines & communication “scripts” when interacting with customers
• Operate in an omnichannel support environment for B2C & B2B customers
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Handle escalated issues and communications as the department's senior Customer Service Agent point of contact
• Register conversational key aspects in our CRM database in a comprehensive way
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Understanding of company's procedures, services, and policies to serve and handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communication, Hospitality or relevant field

• Previous experience in a customer support role

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Good Knowledge of M.S Office Applications

• Customer centric behavior
• Fluent Greek and English. Romania, Bulgarian or other languages a plus.
