About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-user within the organization. This role includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing IT service requests, and ensuring that IT systems run smoothly. The IT Support Specialist is a key point of contact for resolving technical issues and maintaining high user satisfaction levels.

What you ’ll be doing
Technical Support:
o Provide first and second-level support to end-users for hardware, applications, and cloud-based services.
o Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Windows and Mac OS environments, Office 365 applications, and other enterprise software.
o Support IT Operations Team.
o Printer MNS familiarity
o Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets within established SLAs.

Identity Management:
o Manage and maintain user accounts, groups, and roles within Entra ID (Azure AD).
o Assist with single sign-on (SSO) configurations and troubleshoot authentication issues.
o Implement and enforce security policies, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) and conditional access.

Office 365 Administration:
o Administer and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Share Point, One Drive, Teams, and other related applications.
o Troubleshoot Office 365 connectivity and synchronization issues.
o Micrososft Teams phone basic administration.

Intune and Device Management:
o Manage and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune.
o Configure policies for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security.

Basic Network Support:
o Provide basic network troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN connectivity and wireless access points.
o Support and manage Fortinet equipment, ensuring network security and performance.

Conference Room Equipment:
o Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot conference room equipment, including video conferencing systems, projectors, and other AV equipment.
o Provide support for virtual meetings and ensure seamless connectivity and functionality.

Security and Compliance:
o Monitor and respond to security alerts and assist in the investigation of potential security incidents.
o Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices for IT security and data protection.

Documentation and Training:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
o Provide training and support to end-users to improve their IT literacy and reduce recurring issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Office 365 administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management is a plus.
  • Familiarity and basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Familiarity with Fortinet equipment is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with nontechnical users.
  • Certifications such as Comp TIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar are a plus.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages a plus.
