Your Role as a Customer Success Specialist:

• Customer Interaction: Serve as a reliable and knowledgeable contact for both existing customers and potential clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Problem Solving: Collaborate with other departments and partners to resolve complex customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
• Customer Satisfaction: Take full responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction and building loyalty.
• Continuous Learning: Expand your financial expertise through ongoing training and personal interest.
• Product Improvement: Use customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and process enhancements, working closely with our Product, Capital Markets, Sales, and Operations teams.

What Were Looking For:

• Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Educational Background: A completed bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in finance, or equivalent banking training.
• Financial Affinity: A strong interest in capital market products and digital financial solutions.
• Customer Focus: A friendly, solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.
