Lavipharm is seeking Deputy CEO & HR Administrator, who you will organize and coordinate the smooth running of both Deputy CEO and Human Resources offices, ensure daily office needs are met and company’s general administrative activities are managed as appropriate.

- Provide administrative support to Deputy CEO office, managing the agenda and departmental communication
- Contribute to Deputy CEO office reporting, monitoring key actions set and following up on implementation
- Administrate company’s car fleet
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations relative to health and safety, security, maintenance, cleaning and catering
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties
- Degree in Business Administration or in related field
- At least 3 years’ experience as Personal Assistant or/and HR Administrator and/or Office Administrator
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Project management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
