Soft One is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our talented team.
Your Role:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all our brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing, who can effectively plan and execute campaigns while monitoring the performance of our digital agencies.

Your Role:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all our brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing, who can effectively plan and execute campaigns while monitoring the performance of our digital agencies.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives for all brands within the group
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and support brand awareness
- Manage and coordinate with external digital agencies, ensuring they meet KPIs and deliver high-quality results
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across various digital platforms
- Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across different channels and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree highly appreciated)
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools)
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing agency relationships
- Experience in managing multiple brands simultaneously
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience in e-commerce marketing
- Certifications in relevant digital marketing areas (e.g., Google Ads, Hub Spot, Facebook Blueprint)
