Position: Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent
Location: Athens, Greece (On-site or Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries, offer solutions, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Assist with product information, orders, and general service-related questions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work either on-site in Athens or remotely from within Greece.
