Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English for clear communication.
• Background in IT support or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to customer service.

• Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
