As a Italian Speaking Social Media Content Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure it meets community guidelines. Your role is critical in helping maintain a positive environment and enhancing user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate content posted by users on social media platforms, ensuring compliance with community standards.
- Take immediate action to remove or report inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content.
- Engage with users in a supportive and professional manner, addressing concerns and providing assistance as needed.
- Maintain thorough records of moderation activities and flag trends to improve platform safety.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on policies, guidelines, and best practices.
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English for effective communication.
- High attention to detail and ability to make quick, sound judgments.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and an interest in online community engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, especially when handling sensitive issues.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and stressful situations with resilience.
