As a Nordic-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will help clients with their inquiries, resolve issues, and create lasting relationships—all remotely. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy working from home, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Address and resolve client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized support
  • Stay informed on products and services to provide accurate and helpful guidance
  • Document client interactions and feedback to improve service quality
  • Collaborate with your team to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Engage in training to further develop your skills
What We’re Looking For:
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) – spoken and written
  • Proficiency in English for team communication
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve client issues
  • Ability to thrive in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection
  • Professional, friendly attitude focused on client satisfaction
