Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term client relationships through personalized service
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to assist clients effectively
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality
  • Collaborate with the team to provide consistent and high-quality support
  • Engage in training and development opportunities to expand your skill set
What We’re Looking For:
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) – spoken and written
  • Proficiency in English for communication with the team
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to thrive in an on-site environment in Greece
  • A friendly, professional attitude focused on delivering excellent service
