Nordic Speakers Wanted for Customer Support - Relocate to Greece

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Build long-term client relationships through personalized service
- Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to assist clients effectively
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality
- Collaborate with the team to provide consistent and high-quality support
- Engage in training and development opportunities to expand your skill set
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) – spoken and written
- Proficiency in English for communication with the team
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in an on-site environment in Greece
