Responsibilities: What you will be doing:
Critical functional Skills:
Titan Group is currently looking for an ESG Analyst, a role within the Group ESG Performance Department, located in our premises in Athens, Greece. The role holder will gather, consolidate, review, and analyze ESG data and prepare internal reports to facilitate ESG performance monitoring and target accomplishment. In addition, she/he will manage the ESG part of the Group Integrated Annual Report project as well as the response to ESG raters. The ideal candidate needs to be skilled in Project Management, a team player with solid communication skills, and results-oriented.
Responsibilities: What you will be doing:

Perform ESG data collection, entry, management, analysis, tracking, and research
- Social performance KPIs
- Environmental performance (EPIs)
- Health and safety performance (Key H&S Performance Indicators)
- CO2 periodic reporting (Scope 1,2&3)
- Prepare diagnostic tools such as spreadsheets, charts, tables, and reports
- Provide ESG data analysis with existing tools

Be responsible for the IAR project management:
- support authors and auditors (presentations, agendas, and logistics)
- follow-up on timeline implementation and deliverables’ submission
- communication and logistics with internal and external partners (e.g. translators, editors, designers etc.)
- consolidation of texts, proofreading, and editing in EN, FR & GR
- ESG Performance Statements development
- Peer Benchmark Review on ESG Performance
- Facilitate response to ESG raters
- BSc Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Social or Political Sciences, Management Science & Technology or other
- MSc in Sustainability would be considered a plus: A deep understanding of sustainability issues, including climate change, resource management, and social responsibility, is fundamental
- 2-3 years of working experience in this field
- Fluency in Greek, English. French at a professional corporate level would be considered a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good numerical skills and analytical thinking
- Military obligations fulfilled, if applicable
