Executive Assistant to the company’s team of international trade

Ilioupoli, Athens GREECE

Job description

Assisting the International Trade Manager and his team in:
Correspondence/communication with potential suppliers/ customers

Following up negotiations

Following up drafting and execution of contracts.

Processing imports and exports documentation

Maintaining accurate records of all import/export activities

Role Requirements:
Fluency in the English language.

3-5 years of experience in international trade / logistics

Degree from an accredited University or Technical Education Institute

Good computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
