Be the intermediate among Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Customers placing and following up a customer orders for supply, until been delivered POD (proof of delivery)received, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Create service complaints and Return Material Authorisations. Maintain high levels of communication and service standards, adding value to Order Handling admin process and creating thus a competitive advantage for the Company.
