We are looking for a passionate professional to make a mark within a dynamic team, based on Metamorphossis, Greece.
Your responsibilities

Support invoicing process based on Greek regulations and ABB guidelines

Organize and ensure regulations are followed for all import and export processes according to corporate and local policies.

Assist to obtain all required import permits and export licenses for all processes and Perform record keeping processes.

Collaborate with various external and internal departments for finance processes and obtain all certification documents needed.

Close cooperation with finance dept to provide documentation and proper booking of invoices.

Your background

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other relevant degree

Relevant experience in finance or imports/exports segment will be considered a plus (but not prerequisite)

Very good Knowledge of MS Office applications - SAP experience will be considered an asset

Excellent command of Greek & English Language
