Role Purpose: The candidate will be responsible for creating, reporting and analyzing management accounts, preparing budgets and financial plans, monitoring & contributing to optimization of financial & business performance. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Role Purpose: The candidate will be responsible for creating, reporting and analyzing management accounts, preparing budgets and financial plans, monitoring & contributing to optimization of financial & business performance. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the creation of management accounts through appropriate reconciliation mechanisms between ERP, HR Management and Corporate Planning Management (CPM) systems, and perform management accounting analysis according to financial closing schedule
- Coordinate business planning (budgeting & forecasting process & reviews) for both short- and long-term planning
- Liaise with Business Owners regularly with the aim to understand, report, control & plan business drivers & performance
- Be involved in the company’s pricing, cost-benefit analysis & decisioning processes and ensure proper representation in plans and actual records in systems
- Participate in the ongoing design of information systems and infrastructure
- Monitor daily workflows and improve processes efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Accounting
- Master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a large, structured organization.
- Proficiency in Greek Accounting Standards (GAS); knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is an asset
- Experience with systems (ERP [especially Entersoft Business Suite], CPM, Power BI) will be appreciated
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
- Ability to structure properly financial/business models for reporting & decisioning purposes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Results-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining interdepartmental processes
- Drive for continuous improvement
- Critical thinking, structured approach, and good understanding of business operations
- Positive, friendly personality with strong teamwork abilities
