Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a Front Office Coordinator / Receptionist for our Head Offices in Athens (Metamorfosi, Attiki)
Your role:
- Welcome and guide guest. Keep accurate record of visitors
- Support call center by screening and forwarding incoming overflow phone calls, while keeping messages
- Participate in the procurement and distribution of office supplies and consumables
- Coordinate cleaning staff and other vendors related to building operations
- Assist HR department in daily employee attendance and other various, ad hoc, tasks
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (AEI / TEI / IEK) in any discipline
- Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with urgent issues that may arise
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks while working under pressure
