As a German Speaking Technical Support Agent, you will be the first line of support for our clients needing technical assistance. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving various technical issues, guiding users through solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Provide high-level technical support to German-speaking clients remotely.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat communications.
Deliver clear and effective solutions to enhance the user experience.
Maintain an extensive understanding of products and services to assist clients accurately.
Document customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and service quality.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Engage in ongoing training and skill development to enhance technical expertise.

What We Offer:

Salary: €1,500 monthly
Relocation Support: Yes, including flight, transfer, and hotel accommodations.
Visa Support: No
Language Skills Required: C2 in German; B2 in English
Technical Level: Proficient
