Guest Relations Agents

bluegr Hotels & Resorts owns and operates some of the finest luxury hotels in Greece including the Design Hotels member Minos Beach art hotel, the Minos Palace Resort and the family-friendly Candia Park Village in Crete and the Life Gallery high-end design boutique hotel in Athens.

We are currently looking for passionate Guest Relations Agents to join our Hotels in Agios Nikolaos - Crete (Season 2025) to create personalized experiences to all our guests, ensure their well-being at all times, promote hotel events, services, and outlets.

Best Candidate’s profile:
Hospitality/Tourism degree or degree in communications, public relations or marketing

Excellent command of German and English language

Working experience of at least 2 years in Guest Relations department in 5* Hotel

Advanced PC and MS office skills. Knowledge of PMS systems and/or CRM systems will be considered as an asset.
