The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of "HR Generalist" for its premises in Skouries, Chalkidiki. The position will be reported to the HR Manager in Skouries.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive support for HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, pre-boarding, and onboarding processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters, ensuring consistent application of company policies.
• Prepare, distribute, and clearly explain the company’s internal policies and procedures to employees.
• Assist in generating HR reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding HR issues.
• Assist in handling disciplinary actions and performance management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support the HR Manager in implementing HR functions, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications :

• 1-3 years of proven professional experience in relevant role, such as HR Assistant, HR Associate etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Ability to be based in Skouries Chalkidiki, Aristotle Municipality.
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office applications, in particular).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize important projects.
• Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS) is an asset.
• Driving license.
